    Lovely autumn for you!

  2. Cathy says:

Beautiful view, Helen, and lovely sky. When we were driving down to Gloucestershire last Wednesday in the midst of the rain and hail we could see the Malverns ahead, standing proud and bathed in blue sky and sunshine (well, a little blue sky and sunshine!)….

      Hi Cathy
Although we only moved here in 2000 the Malverns feel more like home to me than where I grew up, I love them. The photo was taken by my eldest who was camping (!!!!!) on the hills on Friday night with his Scout troops – I think they are mad

    2. Cathy says:

Friday night? Wasn’t that a below zero night?! We made the mistake of camping at Easter once, when Easter was the end of March, and it was well below zero…. we were colder than cold! I am sure the scouts enjoyed the experience – or told each other they enjoyed it 😉

    3. Helen Johnstone says:

      Hi Cathy
Yes below zero – they have artic sleeping bags and what they call bivvy bags which keeps them warm. As I said mad

  3. We’ve had some amazing skies in the past couple of weeks.

  4. Anna says:

Beautiful as always Helen no matter what the season – you are so lucky to have those glorious hills on your doorstep 🙂

  5. So beautiful! Gives you a real sense of the season.
