I like “Wulfenii” more. The leafs are blue and now very artistic. But very variable. I have tall plants with reddish stems. In the nurseries I see plants with green stems. There are plants with long flowerheads. alongside the stem. Mine have flowerheads almost like a ball.
In general I do not like variegated plants.

The flowers are as beautiful as the foliage.

I think this is the most flexible comment. I agree! I am rereading the comments. It is too wet and frosty at night to do anything in the garden. Primulas are over here €1.45 for four (9 cm pot). CU

The glimpses inside the flowers are so intriguing, Helen

  4. Tina says:

Your lovely Euphorbia looks very similar to one that is native to Texas–Euphorbia marginata, also called Snow on the Mountain.

  5. Chloris says:

A gorgeous shot. I had this Euphorbia but it sickened and died, do you find that it is quite hardy?

    1. Helen Johnstone says:

      Hi Chloris
I’m not sure as we have had mild winters. I do mulch around the base though

  6. Brian Skeys says:

I like Sliver Swan Helen, they just don’t seem to last to many seasons under my ‘Care’!

    1. Helen Johnstone says:

      Hi Brian
I have had it for 2 Years now and it has done well but we have had mild winters

  7. One of my favourites! I find it pretty trouble-free, although one of my clients once had theirs eaten by rabbits. Clearly the rabbits hadn’t read the handbook which tells them that they don’t like Euphorbia.

  8. Beautiful plant! I enjoy the colors of most Euphorbia and they’re so tolerant of many conditions.

  9. A lovely warm photo considering that silvery colours often look cold!
