Now that’s rather striking Helen although perhaps too yellow for me 🙂 I like the way the unopened flowers dangle their heads before they right themselves up. Did you enjoy the talk on epimediums and did any follow you home?

    1. Helen Johnstone says:

      Hi Anna
Yes the talk was good but I think some of the audience found it tedious as it was just about epimediums and not everyone is as mad as me!! I bought a lovely fern like a Japanese painted fern but not and epimedium brimstone butterfly 🙂

How pretty – don’t know these flowers! Spring yellow?

  3. Noelle Mace says:

Epimediums…lovely. Yours are a week ahead of mine. I’ve cut the leaves on one clump, and left the other. Which method do you favour?

  4. Cathy says:

Definitely very yellow – but I love the way the flowers dangle too.
