I live in Malvern, Worcestershire and am a very keen gardener. I started the Patient Gardener Blog in January 2008 as a way of recording what was happening in my garden and connecting with other like-minded people. I started a second blog PatientGardener 365 January 2013 in order to try and post a photo a day to capture what is growing in my garden or places I have visited

    1. Hi
How insightful of you, have been doing much pondering this last few days about the garden

  1. We are 12 hours ahead of you – had lovely breakfast with eldest daughter at Omaha Beach – hot ham, croisants – avocardo, baby toms, blue vein cheese, melon and prociotto, straberries, cherries etc etc and chocs of course and bubbly! Then late lunch a John’s son ham, lamb new spuds peas , decadent choc pud and fresh fruit salade. We will have left over fruit for late dins. Cool 21c deg so not so nice for a swim day. Happy Christmas.

  2. Happy Christmas and a very successful new year! Hope you will find a lot of joy in your garden also in 2017!
