I found an interesting book in my local library this week –Gardeners, Gurus & Grubs by George Drower. Its full of fascinating articles about a whole range of gardening topics – from the origins of secateurs, lawns and trellis to flame-guns in the Victorian era. Its well worth a look. I particularly enjoyed the description of the Chinese Wheelbarrows. I am hoping to get some work down in the garden this weekend… Read More
